Home Health Admission RN

Key Responsibilities

Provide management and delivery of patient care plans

Utilize tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software

Schedule and Shift Details

Schedule: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday 8am-6pm (completing 3 SOC Visits/day)
