Один из юнитов компании находится в ОАЭ и занимается автомобильным направлением: премиальный автосервис, тюнинг, детейлинг, аренда спортивных и премиальных автомобилей, продажа автомобилей и производство автокомпонентов. Именно в наш дубайский юнит мы ищем гуру - SMM маркетинга. Для нас важны сильный визуал, грамотная подача, вкус и понимание аудитории. Задачи Разработка SMM-стратегии для нескольких направлений Создание и контроль контент-плана (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, ТГ) Управление командой (видеографы, монтажеры, дизайнеры, копирайтеры, контент‑мейкеры) Организация съемок: идеи, сценарии, референсы, автомобили, локации Контроль визуального стиля, качества фото, видео, монтажа и текстов Создание рубрик, форматов и регулярных контент‑серий Генерация идей для экспертного, имиджевого, вирусного и продающего контента Анализ охватов, вовлеченности, лидов и эффективности публикаций Изучение трендов, конкурентов и лучших аккаунтов в автоиндустрии Взаимодействие с CEO, маркетингом, продажами, сервисом, арендой и производством Нам нужен человек, который сможет взять SMM‑направление под полный контроль: от стратегии и идеи до опубликованного контента и анализа результата Важно, чтобы руководитель SMM отдела не ждал готовых задач, а сам видел возможности, предлагал идеи, улучшал качество контента, выстраивал процессы и помогал брендам выглядеть сильнее, дороже и профессиональнее в digital‑пространстве Требования Опыт в SMM, контент‑маркетинге и диджитал‑коммуникациях Опыт управления командой или подрядчиками Сильный визуальный вкус и понимание премиального контента Умение работать с Instagram, TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, ТГ Понимание, как создавать контент, который набирает охваты и приводит клиентов Системность: контент‑планы, задачи, дедлайны, отчеты Грамотная коммуникация и ответственность за результат Интерес к автомобилям, luxury‑сегменту, lifestyle и визуальной культуре Английский язык — B2 и выше Портфолио — обязательно!!! Будет плюсом: Опыт в автомобильной сфере Опыт работы с премиальными брендами Опыт запуска новых брендов или направлений Понимание performance‑маркетинга и лидогенерации Навыки написания сценариев для коротких видео Условия Полная занятость Возможна релокация в Дубай Регулярные съемки на локациях компании и внешних площадках Постоянное взаимодействие с командой Отчетность по контент‑плану, выполненным задачам и результатам публикаций #J-18808-Ljbffr NEVEREND
