Описание SPACE SUSHI -премиальная доставка суши в Москве и Екатеринбурге. Мы превращаем заказ еды в событие: Лунный ролл, суши-лодки, лимитированные коллекции, национальный рекорд России. Наша планка: 30 млн охвата в соцсетях в месяц; отдельные Reels набирают 11 млн просмотров и задают тренд другим доставкам. Мы ищем человека, который удержит этот уровень и поднимет его выше. Задачи Управлять соцсетями бренда. Основные площадки - Instagram и Telegram. Вторичные - TikTok, YouTube Shorts и Threads: туда нужно выстроить дистрибуцию контента. Производить вирусные видео: придумывать идеи, писать ТЗ и сценарии , руководить съёмкой и монтировать по правилам удержания. Держать бренд в инфополе: ловить тренды и мемы и реагировать на них в течение 24 часов, комментировать события, делать так, чтобы бренд был «везде». Строить контент-план вокруг запусков, коллабораций и сезонных ивентов вместе с инфлюенс- и PR-направлениями. Вести Telegram как медиа, а не как ленту промокодов: рубрики, интерактив, игровые механики. Руководить командой SMM и подрядчиками: креаторами, монтажёрами. Отвечать за цифры: охваты, просмотры, рост подписчиков, вовлечённость и новых клиентов из соцсетей. Требования Опыт в SMM от 3 лет, из них от 1 года на позиции руководителя. В кейсе есть на 1 млн - 5 млн+ просмотров, которые вы придумали сами, ссылки обязательны. Понимаете механику алгоритмов Reels, TikTok и Shorts: хуки, удержание, досмотры, повторные просмотры, комментарии. Пишете ТЗ, по которым мобилограф снимает с первого раза, и умеете монтировать сами. Работаете с цифрами: знаете, какие форматы дают охват, а какие - заказы.
