Описание: Рекламное агентство Pena Agency в поисках Head of SMM. Нам нужен сильный руководитель, который сможет не только предложить стратегию, но и выстроить систему её реализации: от формирования команды и разработки идей до производства контента, аналитики и развития проектов. Задачи: Руководить полным циклом производства контента: от идеи и брифа до готового материала и публикации. Следить за соответствием контента позиционированию брендов, бренд-гайдам и согласованным требованиям клиента. Ставить задачи дизайнерам, копирайтерам, видеомейкерам, продакшен-командам и другим подрядчикам. Развивать форматы короткого видео, образовательного и экспертного контента, UGC и интеграций с авторами. Участвовать в коммуникации с клиентом. Отладить внутренние процессы и по итогам сформировать полноценный SMM отдел в рамках текущих задач и норм маржинальности. Требования: Опыт работы в SMM / digital-маркетинге от 5 лет. Опыт управления SMM-командой или направлением от 2 лет. Опыт работы в рекламном, digital- или коммуникационном агентстве обязателен. Опыт презентации стратегий и ведения коммуникации с крупными клиентами. Опыт построения команды или запуска новых направлений и процессов. Опыт управления проектами полного цикла: стратегия, креатив, контент-производство и аналитика. Понимание специфики социальных платформ, форматов контента и актуальных инструментов продвижения. Сильные навыки управления командой, проектами, бюджетами и подрядчиками. Умение работать с аналитикой, формировать KPI и обосновывать решения данными. Портфолио с кейсами, в которых понятны задачи, ваша роль, принятые решения и достигнутые результаты. Будет плюсом: Опыт работы с beauty и/или FMCG брендами будет преимуществом Условия: Работа с международными брендами. Открытая коммуникация с руководством и нетоксичная атмосфера в молодой, стабильной команде. Конкурентная оплата труда — обсуждается по итогам собеседования.
