Job Description: Job Title: Women's Lacrosse Manager Effective Date: 10/17/2025 Reports to: Head of Women's Lacrosse Department: Intercollegiate Athletics Rate of Pay: Maryland Minimum Wage FSLA Status: Non-Exempt Location of Position: Gill Center, McDaniel College, 2 College Hill, Westminster, MD 21157 Duration of Appointment: August 5, 2026 to May 25, 2027 Schedule: Schedule is at discretion of supervisor Evaluation Procedures: Student workers are evaluated on a continuous basis. Scope: Providesupport forWomen's Lacrosse teamduring practices, games and events. Responsibilities: Attend practice and assist coaches with any items necessary Run the clock during practices Film and run camera during practices Assist Communications Dept during games Assist with Social Media Schedule: 20 hours max a week,must have availability from 6-8a or 4-8p depending on schedule, must be available on weekends Must be able to attend home games Requirements: Qualifications: Current undergraduate student at McDaniel College. Eligible for Federal Work Study as part of a Financial Aid Package. Highly organized and detail oriented Knowledge of the rules ofassigned sport Discretion and reliability in sensitive and confidential matters are vital Physical Characteristics: This position requires some physical activity.Thisposition does have somelifting involved but not morethan 30 pounds at a time. The overall setting of the job is outdoors rain or shine.
