As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues. Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures; communicate with building management and appropriate personnel regarding access-related concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and complete required incident reports. Maintain a visible professional presence to help deter unauthorized activity and support a welcoming environment for occupants and guests. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
