Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs accurately, ensuring the development of tailored and effective treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during acute distress episodes, utilizing your expertise to de-escalate situations and develop safety plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
