Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist includes the following specific responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulating personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique situation.

Your clients will represent a broad spectrum of the Fort Worth community, including individuals from different ethnic backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• An active and independent license in one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and competence when working with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
