This is a great opportunity for a cosmetology student - or any student interested in learning about working in the world of beauty - to get in at the ground floor and experience working in a fast-paced, high-end environment where we roll out the "pink" carpet for every guest.

We have amazing product partnerships including UNITE hair care, Color Wow, and Glo Skin Beauty, who support and love our salon staff as much as we do.
We offer our staff ongoing training, educational programs, product knowledge, skill development, and career advancement opportunities for hairstylists, makeup artists or management positions.
Tips and commissions on retail sales and product and service discounts
All shifts available starting October 2026

Understand the importance of maintaining a squeaky-clean work environment
Responsible for creating and maintaining a superior Guest experience
Comfortable working with scheduling/booking software (will train)
Oversee the management of the appointment calendar, optimizing the schedule and maximizing bookings
Enjoy discussing and selling hair packages/memberships and beauty products
Support a team of hair stylists and makeup artists - with opportunities to advance to either role
The ability to work weekends and be flexible with your schedule (additional hours may be available during season)
A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
Salon experience is an asset but not required
Solid technical skills and experience using a Mac computer preferred but not required
As the first and last impression for the Guest, you are a Blo brand ambassador
You are professional, friendly, tactful, and have the know-how to diffuse a tense situation and turn a good experience into a great one. In fact, you thrive on this!
Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun, and respectful work environment
Participation in routine up-training and skill advancement
Opportunity: the potential to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup artist, stylist or be promoted to senior hairstylist or bar manager roles
Compensation: $13.50 per hour
