Spine Institute of the Carolinas, an independent orthopedic spine practice, is seeking candidates for a full-time Medical Receptionist position available immediately for a friendly, organized, detail-oriented professional. Experience with electronic health records and general office technology (e.g., multi-line phone systems, fax, printer/scanner) required. Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Register and check patients in for clinic
- Assist with patient referral process
- Assist clinical staff in documentation acquisition
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
