Job Summary

Spine Institute of the Carolinas, an independent orthopedic spine practice, is seeking candidates for a full-time Medical Receptionist position available immediately for a friendly, organized, detail-oriented professional. Experience with electronic health records and general office technology (e.g., multi-line phone systems, fax, printer/scanner) required.

Responsibilities

Answer telephone calls
Schedule and confirm appointments
Register and check patients in for clinic
Assist with patient referral process
Assist clinical staff in documentation acquisition

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
