About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Finance in Operations and Supply Chain. This executive will be a pivotal member of the global operations team, directly reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and serving as a strategic business partner to the Chief Operating Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading finance transformation across global operations, developing and executing strategic plans, and ensuring the financial health and integrity of the organization. Key responsibilities include partnering with the COO and executive leadership on financial strategy, leading global financial operations to meet annual goals, and overseeing all financial aspects related to the operations and supply chain. The role also involves providing actionable financial insights, managing financial risks, and driving cost efficiency across the global network. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA and/or CPA/CMA highly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in FP&A, manufacturing finance, and related roles, with at least 3 years in a senior financial leadership position leading a global team, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with various departments, developing operational improvements, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and large ERP systems. Experience in public accounting, particularly with a Big 4 firm, and a strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX are also essential. The role demands a business-minded individual with strong communication skills, a team player mentality, and a background in M&A is a plus.
