Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities based on performance. What You'll Do As an Internet Sales Specialist, you'll do much more than answer internet leads. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience from the very first interaction. Your responsibilities include: * Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries from prospective customers. * Learn about each customer's needs and recommend the right vehicle options. * Guide customers through the next steps of their buying journey. * Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team. * Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM. * Build lasting customer relationships through timely, professional communication. * Work closely with sales, service, management, and other departments to ensure every customer has a seamless experience. * Help create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers and assisting whenever needed. * Support teammates throughout the dealership during busy times because delivering a great customer experience is everyone's responsibility. Schedule & Availability This position is primarily an evening and Saturday role, as these are some of our busiest times serving customers. We're looking for someone who: * Is available to work evenings and Saturdays. * Is dependable and punctual. * Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. * Understands that our customers come first and that flexibility is important in a team environment.
