About the Role

Alwahban Management is the corporate management office for Texas Tires, supporting the accounting, financial, administrative, and operational needs of our multi-location retail organization.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations and help maintain accurate financial records across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and post general ledger entries

Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

Support month-end and year-end close

Review invoices, expenses, deposits, and accounting records

Assist with financial reports and account analysis

Research and resolve discrepancies or missing information

Maintain organized and accurate accounting documentation

Assist with internal controls, audits, and accounting procedures

Work with store and administrative teams to collect and verify financial information

Qualifications

1–3+ years of accounting experience

Working knowledge of GAAP

Experience with QuickBooks / QuickBooks Online

Experience with Sage Intacct preferred

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, filtering, and PivotTables

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

Strong organizational and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
