Maintain sterile technique, prepare the OR, drape patients, and pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon. Maintain instrumentation counts and manage specimen handling according to policy. Assist with patient positioning, room setup and turnover, and contribute to equipment readiness, including robotics systems when applicable. Collaborate with circulating nurses and surgeons to support safe, efficient operative care and patient safety.
