Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video conferencing with clients experiencing a variety of emotional and mental health disorders.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers to ensure each client receives comprehensive treatment that addresses their unique needs.

• Utilize symptom assessments, functional improvement markers, and goal-setting techniques to track and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our advanced therapist portal, facilitating efficient workflow and compliance.

• Engage actively with team consultation and support through our Therapy Leadership Team whenever clinical guidance is needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on adolescents and adults managing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.

• Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
