Part Time Recruiter

Description If you’re an experienced recruiter who loves variety, flexibility, and consultative partnership, this role was built for you. You’ll provide full-cycle recruiting support for multiple client companies, with assignments that vary in duration and hours—and can typically be completed virtually. What you’ll do: Partner with hiring managers/HR/senior leaders to deliver full life-cycle recruiting Build recruiting strategies (target market, job requirements, comp/benefits considerations, success factors) Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social platforms Create and place job postings Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews Meet with engaged clients weekly for updates and additional needs Use consultative, relationship-based conversations to secure new recruiting assignments from existing clients A note about flexibility: Assignments are based on client needs—hours and schedule are not guaranteed (great fit for someone who wants flexible, project-based work). #recruiting #talentacquisition #recruiterjobs #NCjobs #SCjobs #remotejobs #humanresources #hiring Requirements What we’re looking for: 5+ years of professional recruiting/talent acquisition experience Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ATS tools, Indeed, and LinkedIn Excellent communication + strong organization, time management, and attention to detail Resides in North Carolina or South Carolina, preferably in the Charlotte Metro area #J-18808-Ljbffr
