If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.About your role:As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will partner with key business stakeholders to ensure a successful start-up and completion of each project that will span multiple functional areas in the FTS organization. You will work to plan, coordinate, and monitor tech projects of all sizes with a high degree of complexity and risk.What you'll do:Plan, organize, and control resources & processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraintsProvide a complete view of the overall project to the organization and all stakeholdersExhibit proactive behavior by engaging in all project planning activitiesDefine project governance outlining roles and responsibilities and decision rightsEnsure success criteria defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected project outcomesKeep internal and external stakeholders engaged in the project, aligned on expected outcomes, and informed about what is occurring throughout the project to make effective, timely decisionsProactively communicate the project's progress on an on-going basis, ensuring transparency throughout project lifecycleStay knowledgeable about how the organization works and adhere to the Fiserv Infrastructure Delivery Lifecycle (IDLC) frameworkExperience you'll need to have:8+ years of progressive project management experience delivering medium to large initiatives5+ years of experience in both an Agile and Waterfall environment5+ years of experience with project management tools such as JIRA or MS Project5+ years of experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teamsBachelor's degree in business administration, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experienceExperience that would be great to have:Industry certifications (PMP, CSM, CAPM)Prior experience with AI tools such as CopilotPrior experience leading technical projects for infrastructure teamsStrong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholdersAbility to practically apply project management concepts to facilitate the achievement of business objectives ensuring predictable, consistent, and successful program deliveryHow you'll work:Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech, this role is on-site Monday through FridayThis role requires flexibility to potentially work off-hours that may include weekendsThis role requires use of a computer and audio equipmentSponsorship:You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
