Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code to determine machining operations.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation, programming, and tooling.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates for various materials and operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and G-code.
• Demonstrated proficiency in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machinery (mills, lathes, etc.).
• Strong understanding of various materials, tooling, and machining processes.
• Experience with quality control instruments and techniques (calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Ability to perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment.
