About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's next phase of growth. The COO will be a key partner to the CEO, overseeing all business operations, including finance, HR, IT, legal, and project management. This executive will be responsible for building and implementing the systems and processes necessary to support the company's rapid expansion, while ensuring operational excellence and performance accountability. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strategic vision, capable of driving cross-functional alignment and fostering a culture of innovation and client-centricity. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of senior operational leadership experience, with a strong preference for those who have successfully scaled a high-growth, technology-enabled business. The role requires a leader with a builder mentality, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record in talent and organizational development. The COO will also be the primary operational liaison to the company's global entertainment partners, so experience in a similar corporate environment is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, customer-centric operator, comfortable in diverse settings, and capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
