This position reports to the VP of Sales.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Planning & ExecutionDevelop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targetsForecast and deliver sales performance by agencyManage the sales pipeline and ensure opportunities are followed through to closeDetermine competitive pricing strategies on bids and custom projectsPrepare and analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunitiesChannel & Agency ManagementManage independent sales rep agencies and dealersEstablish sales territories, quotas, and performance goalsProvide training, support, and tools to sales partnersDrive strategic account planning across the territoryClient Engagement & Field ActivityConduct field visits, joint sales calls, and presentationsBuild relationships with distributors, contractors, agents, and end usersParticipate in trade shows and industry eventsTravel approximately 50–60% of the timeMarket Intelligence & CollaborationMonitor competitor activity and provide insightsCollaborate with product and marketing teams on strategy and launchesContribute to pricing, SKU selection, and go-to-market strategiesShare regional insights to support business planningRequirements xhyhwjd QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred5–7+ years of experience in lighting sales (regional or national level)Experience as a Regional or District Sales Manager strongly preferred3+ years of selling specification lighting products through agents and distributionStrong understanding of the lighting specification community and channel ecosystemProven track record of achieving sales targetsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to travel 50–60% within the territory
