Pay Range: $72.10 – $77.17/ hr

Contract: 12 months extendable

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III to support complex business initiatives by identifying operational needs, analyzing business processes, and recommending effective solutions that improve efficiency and business performance. This role will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate processes, and support organizational change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience managing complex business analysis activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Research and evaluate current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze business, process, data, and system requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support solution evaluation and assist with implementation initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and maintain requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with cross-functional and global teams to support business transformation initiatives.
• Assist in change management activities and help communicate process improvements effectively to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and support resolution efforts.
• Independently manage assigned tasks and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Support additional business analysis and project-related activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Experience supporting process improvement, business transformation, or change management initiatives preferred.
