If that commitment is also yours, perhaps you should be a part of this worldwide team, providing a new level of quality and service for our industry. SUMMARY: Reporting to the Accounts Manager and Executive Chef, the Sales and Marketing Representative will perform CREA marketing, ecommerce, and public training sales & recruiting efforts. The role includes management of the CREA website, social media, training platforms and marketing creative efforts, with a focus on growing the platforms and influence of CREA's online audiences. EXPERIENCE· At least 3 years' experience in sales or communication role with customer-facing interactions· Strong technical aptitude, with good working knowledge of Hubspot and related front-end web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)· Familiarity with photography and videography content· Proficiency in Wordpress and MS Office· Editing experience and familiarity working within a consistent style guideline· Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.· Ability to create and deliver original creative content (text, image, video)· Active interest in the culinary world including top chefs, restaurants, food media and trends a plus EDUCATION· BS in Communications, Sales, or relevant field JOB RESPONSIBILITIES · Develop and execute an integrated CREA and Cuisine Solutions social media and content strategy aligned with company goals and brand standards.· Manage social media calendars, posting frequency, community inquiries, photo, video, and written content across key platforms.· Grow followers and engagement by monitoring trends, recommending new approaches, and applying relevant training and industry insights.· Create concise copy and marketing materials for websites, email campaigns, presentations, training programs, trade shows, and events.· Produce and distribute CREA's quarterly newsletter and maintain organized marketing files. · Coordinate website maintenance and upgrades with design agencies and CREA and Cuisine Solutions teams in the United States · Manage CREA e-commerce and equipment sales, including customer inquiries, quotes, purchase-order follow-up, ordering, inventory, remittance, payment platforms, and distributor relationships.· Coordinate the sale or donation of excess equipment and samples.· Manage course promotion, accreditation renewals, student recruitment and registration, training-kit preparation, and billing for onsite and online programs.· Reconcile equipment and training sales, invoices, and interdepartmental transfers quarterly with Cuisine Solutions Accounting and the CREA Accounts Manager.· Maintain and expand the Hubspot CRM, and support customer lead generation through culinary trade shows, events, and industry partners; travel 10–15%.· Manage the creation, inventory, and vendor relationships for CREA-branded merchandise, uniforms, gifts, and business cards.· Respond to general phone and email inquiries and route follow-up responsibilities to the appropriate CREA team member.TITLE: Sales and Marketing RepresentativeCLASSIFICATION: ExemptDEPARTMENT: CREA (Culinary Research and Education Academy)POSITION REPORT TO: Executive Chef, CREA Passion, talent and a mind that is open to the world are the qualities we seek and value at Cuisine Solutions.
