Our work facility, a Detox Center, serves as a critical point of care for individuals in need of detoxification services and comprehensive mental health support, making your role even more vital in delivering holistic treatment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling and psychotherapy services to clients via telehealth platforms. Engage in reflective listening and evidence-based therapeutic approaches to create a safe space for clients to share their experiences.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that are comprehensive and focused on measurable goals, adapting interventions as necessary to fit individual client needs.

• Act as an advocate for clients by connecting them to crucial resources, such as financial assistance programs, housing support, and other essential social services, to address barriers to their well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients undergoing acute mental health challenges, including addressing incidents of suicidal ideation, substance abuse crises, or severe trauma responses.

• Engage in community education efforts that promote mental health awareness, aiming to destigmatize mental health challenges and enhance public understanding.
\n
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and thorough case records, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to HIPAA regulations and relevant state and federal guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing mentorship programs aimed at supporting both your clinical skill development and personal growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a robust foundation in clinical practices and theories.

Compensation and Benefits\n
