Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and any other relevant information in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Continuously review and adapt treatment strategies based on client progress and feedback, ensuring a personalized and responsive therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples, each facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. A crucial aspect of the role involves fostering relationships that promote trust, openness, and vulnerability, facilitating a supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Tennessee is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
