Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional state, identifying areas that require intervention.

• Develop clear and actionable treatment plans in collaboration with clients, based on their specific needs and goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that address a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and personal development.

• Guide couples through therapeutic sessions to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger relationships.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Regularly review treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans to reflect clients' ongoing progress and evolving circumstances.

• Engage with other healthcare professionals, participating in a collaborative approach to patient care that addresses all aspects of clients' well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate support to clients in acute distress.

• Stay current with developments in marriage and family therapy practices, attending training sessions and engaging in professional development opportunities.

• Advocate for clients’ rights, promoting their autonomy and informed participation in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
