Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake and psychosocial assessments to evaluate the needs of clients and devise tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and present effective treatment strategies to the Clinical Drug and Alcohol Recovery Program (CDRP) and treatment team for feedback, revisions, and final approval.
\n
• Facilitate and actively participate in clinical case conferences, ensuring that each client's case is thoroughly discussed and understood.
\n
• Present educational lectures on chemical dependency, promoting awareness and understanding among clients and families regarding addiction issues.
\n
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions focusing on chemical dependency, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Offer specialized family therapy sessions to address the multifaceted impact of addiction within family dynamics, including adolescent, significant other, and multi-family therapy.
\n
• Provide comprehensive case management services, encompassing resource coordination, referrals, and follow-up support to ensure clients receive appropriate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients struggling with substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and their families. Our patient population is diverse, including individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds and cultural communities, necessitating a tailor-made approach that respects and understands their unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington is essential.

• A minimum of two years of relevant supervised addiction medicine therapy experience within the last five years is mandated.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team are essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
