What You'll Do At Figma Oversee creative production for product launch and go‑to‑market initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives Drive cross‑functional collaboration in fast‑paced, fluid environments, proactively keeping projects on track and optimizing for resource efficiencies Develop and implement comprehensive project timelines, identifying critical dependencies and key milestones for feedback and approvals from leadership Manage lean team resources effectively, including onboarding agencies and freelancers, while ensuring accountability and high‑quality execution Establish scalable workflows and processes, promoting efficiency, creative excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with external creative partners We'd Love To Hear From You If You 10+ years of extensive experience in design operations, creative production, or program management roles Proven experience in managing complex, multi‑faceted projects from start to finish, balancing big‑picture goals with day‑to‑day execution Thrive in fast‑paced environments and are adept at bringing structure and clarity to ambiguity Highly organized, with expertise in developing timelines, identifying critical dependencies, and driving project efficiency Additional Preferred Skills Proficient in resource management within lean team structures, including managing external partners like agencies and freelancers Proficient in Figma and Asana Pay Transparency Disclosure Annual Base Salary Range: $127,000 – $269,000 USD Figma offers equity to employees, as well a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental & vision, retirement with company contribution, parental leave & reproductive or family planning support, mental health & wellness benefits, generous PTO, company recharge days, a learning & development stipend, a work from home stipend, and cell phone reimbursement. Figma also offers sales incentive pay for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non‑sales roles.
