Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Markets Associates to support private capital activity across sourcing, analysis, and transaction facilitation.

This is not an employment role . Associates operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process .

Once approved, Private Markets Associates may:

• Source and introduce qualified investment opportunities

• Provide research and market intelligence to support investment decisions

• Assist with early-stage diligence, deal coordination, and investor communication

• Build a verified track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with private markets exposure , including operators, analysts, consultants, brokers, or advisors with access to deal flow or investment intelligence.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Private Markets Associates may:

• Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Prepare deal context briefs (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)

• Introduce opportunities to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Coordinate early diligence handoff to modeling and analysis teams

• Track pipeline activity and support deal execution logistics

• Monitor market trends, sectors, and competitor activity for actionable insights

Note: Associates are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising, unless separately approved.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Private Markets Associates may work across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses, special situations, and structured investments

• Sector and market research to support deal origination

Deal categories and research focus are approved based on experience and credibility .

Compensation & Economics

• Success- and performance-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range: $1,000–$10,000+ per closed deal, research project, or transaction influenced by your work

• Payments issued upon successful transaction close or approved deliverable completion

• Exact economics vary by deal size, complexity, and Associate role

• No caps for consistently high-quality contribution

How Associates Get Activated

1. Submit a Private Markets Associate application with background and experience

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated on the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin supporting sourcing, research, and transaction coordination

Approved opportunities are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels —no cold pitching or blind applications required.
