Aston Carter is seeking a professional HR Generalist! We are seeking an HR Generalist to play a critical role in delivering comprehensive HR support across the organization. Acting as the primary point of contact for employees and leadership, this position manages a broad range of responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, HR systems management, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and HR reporting. This opportunity is best suited for a proactive and adaptable HR professional who can work independently, balance multiple priorities, and grow alongside a stable and expanding organization. Essential Skills Experience supporting core HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration. Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices. Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience working in a medium-sized organization and supporting multiple stakeholders is beneficial. Experience with HRIS platforms preferred. This is a full-time, onsite position with standard hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a Permanent position based out of Plainville, CT. The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Standard Benefit Package including PTO, Health Benefits, etc. This is a fully onsite position in Plainville,CT. This position is anticipated to close on Sep 1, 2026.
