Intake Supervisor

Ohel’s Access Department is the single point of entry for individuals and families seeking Ohel’s wide range of services, programs, and resources. The department ensures that every person receives accessible, timely information and a seamless connection to the support they need. As an Intake Supervisor , you will play a vital role in making that first connection a positive and supportive experience. You will lead a dedicated team of Intake Specialists and ensure that every client is welcomed with compassion, treated with respect, and connected efficiently to the appropriate Ohel services.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and develop a team of Intake Specialists
• Ensure client information and documentation are processed accurately, efficiently, and confidentially
• Maintain high standards for intake procedures, data quality, and client records
• Monitor intake activities and generate meaningful reports to identify trends and improve services
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen the client experience and improve access to Ohel’s resources

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in a relevant field preferred
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Compassionate, client-centered approach

• Bilingual skills are a plus

This full time position is based in Brooklyn.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
