Growth Account Executive - Central Chicago, U.S. (Hybrid) This is a future opening. Webflow does not currently have an immediate opening or confirmed start date for this role. As a Growth Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in scaling our go-to-market motion by owning and closing complex SaaS deals with companies ranging from 50 - 300 employees. You’ll take a proactive, outbound-driven approach to building pipeline, identifying and engaging high‑potential accounts, and running the full sales cycle from first touch through close. Success in this role requires strong prospecting skills, disciplined discovery, and the ability to navigate multi‑threaded buying groups across both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, with a focus on $25k+ ACV opportunities. You’ll partner closely with Solutions Engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver thoughtful, value‑based sales motions tailored to each customer’s needs. As we continue to scale the Growth segment, you’ll help establish repeatable outbound best practices, influence how we engage this market, and make a meaningful impact on the growth of both the team and the business. About the role Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Schedule TBD This role will require an in‑person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA Full‑time Permanent Exempt Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location. United States (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States) $136,000 - $160,000 For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On‑Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job‑related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter. Reporting to the Manager, Growth Sales. Meet with potential customers, deeply understand their problems, and assess whether or not Webflow is a good fit. Build a sales pipeline with heavy outbound focus. Create and drive outbound opportunities through account planning/POVs, partnering with SDR and cold messaging. Drive the full sales cycle from identifying new prospects to close. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts. Negotiate annual or multi‑year software contracts. Position and communicate Webflow’s vision, solution, and value propositions. Work cross‑functionally with marketing, product, design, education and engineering to execute sales strategy. Collaborate with Customer Success to build high‑quality onboarding and customer experiences. Travel up to 25% – primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal off‑sites. About you Requirements: 2+ years of experience closing complex SaaS deals, managing multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and decision‑making processes. Proven ability to balance outbound pipeline generation with active deal execution. Strong track record of running thorough, consultative discovery, uncovering business, technical, and organizational needs. Demonstrated success closing $25k+ ACV opportunities. You’ll thrive as a Growth Account Executive if you: Love for testing, tracking, and iterating on your process. The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously. Passion or interest in the no‑code space. Knowledge of or interest in web design, development, or Webflow products.
