Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resource Coordinator will work closely with the IGNITE team to attract, screen, help hire and retain temporary staff at a specific client location. He/she will also be responsible for conducting candidate onboarding, possibly drug screens and background checks. He/She will also support other staffing office functions, maintain electronic filing and other administrative tasks. Candidate must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

• Demonstrates safety consciousness at all times and reports safety questions/concerns.
• Promotes safety as a business value vs. business priority, through training, focusing, and informing others about company safety practices and procedures.
• Conducts drug screens and background checks as needed.
• Enters, updates and maintains personnel records in employee database.
• Communicates requirements and duties to prospective candidates.
• Deploys all new hire packages and onboarding documents as needed.
• Ensure correct/complete I9 and E-Verify for all candidates
• Maintains good relationships with all candidates, employees and corporate clients.
• Keeps records of candidate interviews and reports them to the Ignite Leadership.
• Participates at recruiting events.
• Performs various administrative duties (filing, faxing, copying, scanning, etc.)
• Help team with various Onsite responsibilities as well as events/check-ins
• Other duties as assigned by the Onsite manager, Onsite supervisor or Market Manager.
