Job Title : Business Operations Manager

• Strategic highly organized and detail-driven professional who oversees operational excellence for * Washington DC office and the Government Affairs (GA) team
• Combines leadership and management of DC office operations business operations and fiscal management with advanced executive administrative support for the EVP Public Policy & Government Affairs and his Chief of Staff

• Vendor and law firm management (50%)
  • Manage vendor and law firm onboarding and invoice processing for Government Affairs in Collaboration and TeamConnect
  • Administer industry association memberships dues and sponsorship payments
  • Support legal matter management systems and troubleshoot invoice or matter-related issues
• Payment tracking and documentation (15%)
  • Maintain clear tracking systems and documentation of all Government Affairs payments in SharePoint
• Finance liaison (10%)
  • Serve as liaison with Finance supporting the EVP of GA and his Chief of Staff
  • Ensure effective financial resource allocation and alignment with long-term targets
• Executive expense management (10%)
  • Manage all expenses for the EVP of GA in Concur
• Executive travel and events (5%)
  • Manage travel arrangements meetings and events for the EVP of GA in close partnership with the Office Coordinator
• Team support (10%)
  • Work closely with the administrative team on other duties as assigned

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 57 years of experience in business operations support project management and/or executive support
