MariTide, OSA and PIE Program Execution Lead, Senior Director

Amgen Inc

Amgen seeks a Program Execution Lead to oversee integrated delivery of MariTide lifecycle expansion initiatives, including obstructive sleep apnea and patient impact expansion programs. The role coordinates cross-functional teams across development, medical, regulatory, commercial, and operations to align strategy with execution, manage timelines, and drive portfolio prioritization decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise portfolio integration across OSA and PIE initiatives with cross-functional alignment
Shape integrated program plans and critical timelines driving accountability and milestone delivery
Drive execution excellence across development, medical, regulatory, commercial, and operations functions
Serve as central integrator enabling cross-functional decision-making and strategic prioritization
Develop decision-enablement materials and strategic recommendations for senior leadership governance

Requirements

Doctorate degree plus 5 years biopharmaceutical commercialization or program management experience
Master's degree plus 8 years biopharmaceutical commercialization or program management experience
Bachelor's degree plus 10 years biopharmaceutical commercialization or program management experience
Management consulting experience with leading firm highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across global stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with complex business problem-solving experience
Executive presence supporting senior governance and decision-making forums
