The Dominguez Firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney who is prepared to take ownership of an active caseload, drive cases forward, and contribute to strong client outcomes. Key Responsibilities

· Manage a portfolio of plaintiff personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolution.

· Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, motions and other litigation documents.

· Take and defend depositions and prepare clients and witnesses.

· Attend court appearances, mediations, mandatory settlement conferences and other proceedings.

· Develop case strategy in collaboration with supervising attorneys, paralegals and support staff.

· Communicate with clients regarding case status, preparation, expectations and next steps.

· Coordinate experts, medical evidence, damages documentation and trial preparation.

· Maintain accurate case notes, calendars, deadlines and file documentation.

Required Qualifications

· Active and in-good-standing membership with the State Bar of California.

· At least three years of civil litigation experience; plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred.

· Demonstrated experience with written discovery, depositions and motion practice.

· Strong legal writing, analysis, negotiation and oral advocacy skills.

· Ability to manage multiple deadlines and matters with appropriate supervision.

· Professional judgment, accountability and client-service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

· First-chair or meaningful trial preparation experience.

· Experience with catastrophic injury, wrongful death or complex damages matters.

· Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

· Experience supervising paralegals or legal support staff.
