Requirements

• Required certification: Oncology
• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must have MS and oncology experience (1 year minimum); Heme Onc experience strongly preferred; must meet experience requirements within the 3 most recent years with at least 1 year of CURRENT specialty experience for clinical pass 2. Cases: BMT/Oncology cases including Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Acute Myeloid Leukemia, Amyloidosis, Aplastic Anemia, Chronic Leukemia, Multiple Myeloma, Hodgkin's and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma 3.
