About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of OBOT Pharmacy Operations to lead and strategize the end-to-end operations of the OBOT pharmacy, including medication administration, and dispensing/delivery models. The successful candidate will be responsible for portfolio leadership, defining and executing strategic roadmaps, and holding shared accountability for the portfolio's financial performance. This role involves managing drug manufacturer, distributor, and pharmacy partner relationships, as well as overseeing all required OBOT medication reporting and compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The VP will also be tasked with operational execution, leading cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement through data evaluation and best-practice adoption. Candidates for the Vice President of OBOT Pharmacy Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 8 years of healthcare operations experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, as is a demonstrated ability to manage a program or business unit's P&L and budgets. Experience in pharmacy operations, specialty pharmacy, and controlled-substance program management is preferred, as is a background in substance use disorder, behavioral health, or a related clinical setting. The role requires a proactive, self-starter mentality and the ability to build and scale programs, with a focus on optimizing patient access and program performance.
