Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, utilizing diagnostic tools to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions, drawing from established therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the needs of individuals, families, couples, and groups.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment progress accurately and in compliance with ethical standards and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care and treatment continuity.

• Engage in professional development workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of current trends and research in mental health practices.

• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss case management strategies and improve overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse, as well as families and couples facing relational challenges. Your expertise will enable you to engage effectively with clients from various socio-economic backgrounds, ensuring they receive the necessary support tailored to their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in a counseling role for a minimum of two years, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software and related technologies to manage client data accurately.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building therapeutic rapport and addressing clients' diverse needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
