We require an experienced cook who is familiar with a wide range of cooking techniques, including poaching, braising, roasting, charbroiling, sautéing, grilling, frying, and baking.

You must ensure that every order is cooked properly according to our standard recipes and that it fully satisfies our guests' demands and requests. • Adhere to established storage and waste control standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products to ensure quality food is served
• Maintain work stations, including all countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration in a clean and sanitary condition per health and safety regulations
• Interact with visitors, vendors, and associates while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
• Grill, broil or saute menu items according to standard recipes and presentation specifications
• Assemble a system of food stations and fill them with everything they need for the shift

• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification such as a GED
• Previous experience working in food service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
• Must be able to meet all safety and sanitation requirements of kitchen equipment and food storage
• Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
