Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Intermountain Healthcare & Recovery Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, ensuring personalized care plans.

• Developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adapting strategies to suit their individual needs and goals.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Educating clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to promote recovery and resilience.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other medical specialists as part of an integrated care approach to address the comprehensive needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
