Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized therapeutic care by designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals and needs.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure a focus on quality, dedicating sufficient time and attention to each individual, thus optimizing treatment experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in orthopedic outpatient care, leveraging your expertise and prior clinical experiences to enhance effectiveness.
• Employ cost-effective treatment techniques aimed at improving patient mobility, emphasizing non-surgical alternatives that reduce dependency on medications.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and adjust care plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments of patient progress and feedback.
• Implement evidence-based interventions that reflect current research and practices in physical therapy, ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Encourage and motivate patients, helping them navigate their rehabilitation journeys by establishing rapport and trust.
• Promote health and wellness initiatives by focusing on the development of strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation using EMR systems, specifically Web PT, to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of excellence with no history of sanctions or board proceedings, upholding our clinic's reputation for quality and integrity.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records software, particularly Web PT, to ensure accuracy in documentation and care management.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
