Work Environment

The role is full-time and requires your presence onsite at our outpatient office located in Chula Vista. Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. The facility is equipped with modern rehabilitation equipment and provides a comfortable and welcoming environment for both patients and team members. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other physical therapists and administrative staff, to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients, including their medical history, current conditions, functional limitations, and personal rehabilitation goals.
• Develop individualized plans of care that align with assessment findings, ensuring that the treatment approach is patient-centered and adaptable.
• Provide clear and compassionate guidance to patients, helping them understand their treatment paths and fostering commitment to their care plans.
• Deliver physical therapy interventions such as education, exercise prescription, and manual therapy techniques tailored to each patient's needs.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• A clean record with no history of board actions or disciplinary measures against your license.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation is essential.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
