Salary: $80,000 – $135,000 + Uncapped Commission (DOE) Location: Fully Remote The Mission Own your territory. Build your pipeline. Close deals. You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and accelerating revenue growth by targeting, winning, and expanding high-value clients. This is a pure hunting role for someone who knows how to open doors, create opportunities, and convert them into long-term partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing Aggressively prospect, qualify, and win new business across international freight markets Take full ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation to closing high-value deals Turn leads into revenue through high-impact client meetings (virtual and face-to-face) Identify and secure strategic, high-profit accounts that drive long-term growth Build powerful relationships with decision-makers and position yourself as a trusted advisor Consistently exceed sales targets and push beyond revenue expectations Drive account growth by upselling and cross-selling freight and logistics solutions Stay close to your pipeline—relentlessly follow up, negotiate, and close Spot risks early, re-engage lost clients, and win them back Leverage internal teams to deliver winning solutions and maximise client retention What You Bring 3–5 years of proven success in Freight Forwarding / Logistics sales A true hunter mentality—you’re driven, competitive, and results-obsessed Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets Deep understanding of international freight (import/export, consolidation, etc.) Exceptional negotiation and closing skills Confidence engaging senior decision-makers and stakeholders Entrepreneurial mindset—you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them Willingness to travel and go the extra mile to win business Skills That Set You Apart High-energy, self-motivated, and performance-driven Excellent communication and persuasion skills Highly organised with strong pipeline management discipline Resilient mindset—you thrive under pressure and bounce back fast Laser-focused on results, revenue, and growth Tech & Language Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Quick to adapt to CRM systems and new sales tools Why This Role?
