Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, ensuring a minimum of 15 client hours weekly using video conferencing technology.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions, employing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with state and federal regulations.

• Engage in regular case conferences with healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients, ensuring holistic treatment that addresses both mental and physical health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients who present a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other behavioral health challenges. Our patients come from diverse backgrounds, including underrepresented communities, and it is essential to approach each case with cultural sensitivity and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating successful patient outcomes.
