Administrative Assistant II

to support our Officers. Within this role, Administrative Assistant II will provide confidential administrative support, coordinate meetings and events, manage department projects, engage with partners, and assist with events and community engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills. A few of the essential responsibilities are: Manage complex executive level calendars, prioritizing and coordinating travel, meetings, and events, including scheduling internal and external partners. Schedule meetings, prepare and post meeting materials, and make follow-up calls on meetings or requests for information. Provide logistical and technical support for meetings attended in person and via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, including technology set-up and follow-through. Welcome and assist visitors, partners, and stakeholders with professionalism; answer inquiries and direct as appropriate. Provide daily and emergency coverage for Administration Office reception desk for breaks, lunch periods, and scheduled time out. Represent the agency's management through appropriate telephone interactions and messaging with co-workers, donors, community partners, government agencies, the public, vendors, and patients.
