Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate their personal goals, cultural background, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders effectively.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.

The LMFT will work primarily with clients experiencing mood disorders, including those struggling with depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
