Job Title: Service Operations Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, including emergency and non-emergency calls

• Dispatching technicians to appropriate jobs and locations

• Monitor technicians by keeping track of location and job status

• Enter data into web-based software and maintain logs of calls and activities

• Assess situations and prioritize calls

• Accept individual work orders from different platforms and input them into internal web-based software • Review technicians’ notes after each call to ensure all information is correctly noted before they leave the job site

• Create invoices and ensure accurate billing information and the description of work completed

• Order materials in a timely manner

• Submit invoices to various platforms and request budget increase if needed

• Process Accounts Receivable by monitoring accounts and communicating with clients

• Verify, classify, and record accounts receivable data

• Track van fleet and maintenance including tracking oil changes and repairs

• Work with subcontractors regarding various work including electrical and invoice subcontractors and process bills

• Process payment and verify payment details, record transaction and ensure accurate billing Preferred Skills:
