Your focus would be on offering a range of media advertising and digital marketing services to the right clients stakeholders (typically their e-commerce, digital marketing or PR teams)Identify areas of opportunities and understand the account, business needs, influencer marketing landscape, and metrics that may impact business decisionsOwn and develop merchant relationships, understanding their goals, strategies and expectations to ensure alignment at all timesLead and act as main POC through all sold initiatives with support of Account Management teamProactively assess, clarify and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis, reassess priorities where needed as demand fluctuatesWork cross-functionally across internal teams to resolve issues that impact our business, our partners, our influencers and consumersContribute to overall larger business objectives as it relates to new business and growth opportunitiesDemonstrate ability to build and scale processes and strategies to drive revenue for the businessRequirementsSelf-starter and passionate about growthA strong sense of ownership over your KPIs and sales funnel2-4 years experience in professional media advertising sales, media agencies or influencer marketing (affiliate marketing is a plus)Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Strong rolodex of key fashion/ beauty/ lifestyle brand client level contactsProven experience increasing year over year revenue as an individual contributorFamiliarity with Sales B2B CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, etc)Experience in a start-up environment and/or fashion / beauty / lifestyle industry is a big plusProven experience in negotiating multi-million dollar contracts (highly preferred)Or refer someone
