Our Service Advisors play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping the shop run smoothly. What You’ll Do: As a Service Advisor , you’ll serve as the primary connection between our customers and the technician team. Our team believes no task is too small when it comes to helping customers and supporting the shop. Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, professional experience Answer incoming calls promptly and assist customers with service questions Sell recommended maintenance and repair services Enter and track customer and vehicle information in shop management software Tag vehicles and document service needs upon arrival Build repair estimates and communicate recommendations clearly Obtain customer authorization for repairs Work closely with technicians to review inspection results and service recommendations Assign work orders based on technician availability and skill level Track vehicle progress and maintain clear notes in work orders Notify customers when vehicles are ready and arrange payment and vehicle pickup Perform occasional vehicle road tests Assist with general shop operations when needed to support workflow What You Can Expect: Service Advisors play a vital role in building customer trust, supporting technicians, and ensuring every customer has a great experience.
